Clearly there is a laser focus on quality and presentation. While the quality was spot on I was more impressed with presentation as the seating was full and they kept dishing out plate after plate of good looking food.

First time here I don't know why and it will not be my last. By far the best sushi in Cleveland! Great drinks! Always excellent service and our favorite place to go for special occasions because of this. Such a cool place! Loved the decor and vibe. The happy hour is a must. We loved our rolls and the cocktails were insanely good. The best sushi in the Midwest, the coolest decor, and the sweetest, friendliest staff! My husband and I are super picky about eating out, but we adore Ginko!

The service is excellent as well! You are left to enjoy your food in peace without being interrupted every 5 minutes, but if you need anything else, someone will be there immediately to assist you! We love sitting at the sushi bar. But all that at a cost so we save this spot for special occasions! The food was amazing! I'm just moving to Cleveland and this is already my favorite restaurant. We had a very delightful first time visit to ginkgo. We had the salmon appetizer that was so flavorful and the texture was amazing. Our sushi was delicious and our service was outstanding. Thanks for making it wonderful experience. Excellent sushi. My only knocks against the place would be that it is very expensive, and the small size of the restaurant does not lend itself to a great dining experience.

We have been long-time customers of Ginko and knew that we had to get there anyway we could on our first trip back to CLE from ATL in over a year and a half. It was everything we remembered and more. The food was incredible, the staff was amazing, and we felt safe and taken care of. First time there. Sushi was great. Everything we tried was amazing.

If you're lucky to sit in the back room you also get to see the chefs at work for Ginko. Waiter was phenomenal and gave the best recommendations. Very pretty restaurant and great service but the menu has disintegrated compared to what I remember years ago.

Not enough selection for sushi, it seems they try too hard to make it seem too elitist and care more about that than the wonderful sushi menu other places have such as blue sushi.
