Studies connect many additional benefits including improved motor skills, cognitive development, strength, self-esteem and social confidence. With nationally-certified and highly-trained instructors, our lessons focus on essential, life-saving skills and techniques while helping encourage swimming as an excellent tool for lifelong wellness. We offer options for the whole family with classes beginning at 6 months of age, all the way up to adults. Swimmers are divided into groups by ability and our trained, certified instructors work to develop skills and confidence in and out of the water.
