After driving for 2 days I was thrill to have arrived at the Joseph. The staff was sensational, and I must say that even before I arrived I had received excellent service.

I chatted with some of the team members via the Bonvoy app and they responded right away and made sure my needs were met.

Always courteous and friendly. The rooms are soooo comfortable, welcoming and clean! I did not want to leave!! The location is great, plenty of restaurants and shopping. I was traveling with my dog and there is a park within a block from the hotel. I wanted to say a special thanks to 3 associates who made me and my dog feel very welcome: Jade, Haeliy and Awet.

They helped me with everything I needed and were always kind, friendly and eager to help. Pancake my dog was also very pleased with the amount of love and pets she received from the team. All and all one of the best places I have stayed in. Date of stay: March Trip type: Traveled solo.

Our Third Visit. This hotel is perfect for a weekend visit to Columbus! The staff is awesome! Free breakfast for Marriott Bonvoy members. Attached restaurant, The Guild House, very good.

Stayed for one night with my wife for a quick getaway from the kids. Purchased the Executive Suite primarily for the extended seating area and the large bathroom with a tub. The bathroom was huge, however, the tub was barely big enough for one person and the drain plug had a moderate leak. The bathroom had only one hook for towels or toiletries dispute having double vanities.

For the price I would have expected better. The room was plenty big and a bigger tub would have easily fit and just no excuse for the lack of hardware in the bathroom.
