As a stocker, however, you are free to do what you want as long as the stores are well stocked and organized throughout the day. You work at your own pace and leave when it's done. Great, enviroment, Fast paced. Managers are lazy and always looking for an underling to do their "dirty" work for them. Managers treat workers in a very childish manner and about every other week refer to cashiers and actual laborers as stupid and idiots. DTW requires face coverings and many managers don't cover anything other than a chin. I learned how a poorly managed company operates. The most enjoyable part of the job is you will meet some very nice co-workers.
