Overall do not recommend. Pros None. Cons Unpaid break. Under paid and over worked. This place literally pays less than fast food places do and expect you to work as if your life depended on it.

Management is clueless to what goes on around them. I was there for 2 years before leaving. Cons 10 minute breaks, low pay, no benefits, racist. My overall experience at this plant was horrible from the staff to the working conditions, not a good place to try and build something. I wouldn't recommend anyone working here. Leave a review. We are working 5 days a week at 10 hour shifts and Saturday's as well. Saturday's varies on the time but no more then 8 hour shift. Raises come to you few and far between. It also depends on who you work under and if you are valuable to them or not. It's hard to get any appreciation from anyone. They use to say the more you learn, the more valuable you are and they pay for that experience, not true.

The job isn't hard, but the company makes the experience unpleasant. If you value a life outside of work, then don't come here Pros Vacation days, if you don't miss any scheduled days in the month you get a bonus check.
